“Four Day beard is an Indie / Alternative rock trio from San Luis Obispo County. Four Day Beard’s music is mellow, brooding and introspective with gritty textures that give way to accessible song structures, catchy melodies and lofty chorus sections. Robert Lindsey, formerly of the San Francisco-based alternative band Gratitude, Joined Four Day Beard on bass guitar, at the start of the 2023.

Four Day Beard’s second album, Somnium, with Vinyl, CD and Digital Distribution. Somnium is a follow up to their 2016 debut self-titled album. Somnium is a nocturnal dreamscape of overdriven swirling guitars juxtaposed with soft, sweet and sometimes smokey deep vocals. With a penchant for catchy hooks and melodies, Four Day Beard delivers these unlikely elements in a collection of surprisingly accessible tunes. “Somnium represents a new chapter for us in many ways. While it isn’t a complete departure from our last album, the sound has definitely evolved, covering new sonic territory.
