“Originally from San Rafael, CA , Jon Millsap has been a self-taught guitarist since the age of 12. On the Central Coast, he has played lead guitar and sung in the groups, In the Midst, Tripped Up, and most recently, The Vibe Setters. Apart from playing in bands, Jon has developed a solo career singing a repertoire of originals and covers in the genres of soul, pop, hip-hop, and even country. Incorporating "live looping" techniques , he brings a full band sound on his own or can provide a laid-back ambiance for cocktail hour environments.”
