The 10 songs on her 3rd full length album,  Hellbent & Moonbound are full of wit and vulnerability, capturing the strange beauty and humor of day to day life. Growing up a second-generation Filipino-American, Cadiz bounced between living in the suburbs of Michigan with her mother and bustling Singapore with her father. “I always felt rootless, not quite belonging to either place.” This longing for home and search for center rests at the heart of Cadiz’s work."

"Singer-songwriter Leeann Skoda has long been fascinated by female vocalists, years before becoming one herself. She recalls being hypnotized by Mariah Carey’s voice coming through the car radio of her mom’s Pontiac as a little girl in her hometown of Phoenix, AZ. The journey to finding her own sound has proved rewarding. With a voice reminiscent to some of Emmylou Harris or Neko Case, she’s been called “Los Angeles’ sweetheart” since moving to the west coast and becoming a mainstay of the roots music scene.
